To file corporate records with U.S. state governments and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), we collect founder identification information, including full legal names, physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, passport copies (where legally mandated for foreign EIN filings), and proposed business names.
Your information is used strictly to prepare and transmit your Articles of Organization to the relevant Secretary of State, complete IRS Form SS-4 for your EIN, provide registered agent representation, and send statutory deadline alerts. We never sell, monetize, or rent personal data to third-party advertisers.
All credit card and payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways (e.g., Stripe). FileUSLLC does not store full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
State corporate filing records must be maintained in accordance with statutory record-keeping regulations. You may request data access or deletion of non-statutory records by emailing support@fileusllc.com.
