Statutory filing fees paid to state government departments (such as Secretaries of State) are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the government queue. If you request cancellation before our filing specialists submit your paperwork, our administrative preparation fee may be refunded minus payment gateway processing charges.
Formation packages include one full calendar year of statutory Registered Agent representation. Following year one, Registered Agent representation renews at our published standard annual rate (currently $149/year) to maintain good standing unless canceled in writing 30 days prior to renewal.
While FileUSLLC provides bank-ready legal documents (Articles of Organization, Operating Agreement, Banking Resolution, and EIN), the ultimate approval of business checking accounts (such as Mercury, Relay) and merchant gateways (such as Stripe) rests exclusively with those financial institutions in accordance with their respective underwriting criteria.
