1. Our service fee: $99
One time. Covers preparing your formation documents, submitting them to the state, status updates and delivery of your filed documents. It does not include government fees, tax filing or legal advice.
2. Government fees
Paid to the state when you file. Set by the state, so they can change.

3. Optional services
- EIN assistance: $99. We prepare your IRS Form SS-4. The IRS issues the EIN and sets the timing. Getting an EIN from the IRS itself is free.
- Registered agent: $89/year. Required in your state. Renews yearly.
Costs people forget
- Online filing or card fees some states add.
- Registering in a second state if you operate there.
- Tax filing costs. Foreign-owned LLCs may have federal filing duties, so budget for a tax professional.
