These terms apply to your use of fileusllc.com and our services. FileUSLLC Inc. ("we", "us") is a company based in the United States, with team members in the United States and India. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
We help you prepare and submit business formation documents and related filings to government agencies, and we offer optional services such as EIN application assistance and registered agent service. We are not a law firm or CPA firm. We do not give legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing on the site is a substitute for a qualified professional.
2. What we don't control
- State and federal agencies decide whether to accept a filing and how long it takes.
- The IRS decides whether and when to issue an EIN.
- Banks and payment providers decide whether to open or keep an account.
We make no promise about approval, timing or outcomes from these third parties.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and current information, and tell us if it changes.
- You authorize us to prepare and submit the filings you order on your behalf.
- Use our services only for lawful businesses and purposes.
- Meet your own tax, reporting and licensing duties, including ongoing state filings after formation.
4. Fees and payment
Our service fee, government fees and optional services are shown before you pay. Government fees are set by the agency and can change. You are responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer charges. See our refund policy.
5. After formation
Forming an LLC does not by itself satisfy annual reports, taxes or other obligations. Those remain your responsibility unless you order a service that covers them.
6. Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post the new date here. We may decline or stop a service if information is false, if the use appears unlawful, or if we are legally required to.
